I specialize in supporting and leading change within process, organizational, and business development. For the past 20 years, I have primarily worked with team development, personal leadership, leadership coaching, steering group collaboration, quality management, and process leadership.

I have a holistic perspective, which allows me to take on different viewpoints—I understand technology, but I’m more driven by the business itself. What I’m truly passionate about is helping people gain insight, draw their own conclusions, and experience those “aha” moments. I achieve this through a pedagogical and attentive approach, often coaching others to reach more lasting results.

In my free time, powerlifting plays a big role in my life. Beyond that, personal and mental development is a constant journey—along with, of course, the joy of eating.
