Through previous roles such as Digital Coach/Change Leader, Head of Digitalization and BIM Development, BIM Strategist, Project/Design Manager, and Construction Logistics/Supply Chain Manager, I have gained extensive experience in digitalization, logistics/Supply Chain Management (SCM), process development and optimization, and quality work within the built environment sector.

I have led and participated in several strategic development projects, including the creation of standards, strategies, requirements, and action plans/roadmaps—with full implementation into business operations.
