My area of expertise is advising on business processes, organizational development, and leadership. I have 20 years of experience in the real estate and energy sectors.

For most of this time, I have held management roles in maintenance or worked with business development. I have a strong strategic skill set, combined with the ability to dive into details when needed. I easily grasp the bigger picture and can view challenges from multiple perspectives.

I am driven by helping both clients and people succeed—through solution-oriented thinking, active listening, and a coaching leadership style. I truly enjoy team development, and when the equation 1 + 1 = 3, that’s when I know we’ve succeeded together.

I am calm, positive, social, and reliable. Outside of work, I enjoy sports—both participating and watching—and I love to cook, as it gives me a creative outlet in the kitchen.
