Strategic Advisor – Expertise in Business Development and Digitalisation with an Industrial Background

We are looking for a driven and experienced Strategic Advisor with expertise in business development and digitalisation, rooted in industrial environments. About the Role

As a Strategic Advisor, you will be the link between our clients’ challenges and the sustainable solutions we create together. You will work closely with clients in sectors such as process industry, energy, construction, or water and wastewater (VA), helping them manage and optimise their asset information – a key driver of their success.

We provide advisory services in technical and industrial information, data and information processes, and analytics. In this role, you will be involved in the full cycle: from analysing the current state and defining the vision, to designing solutions, implementing them, and ensuring stable, long-term results. Project management and transformation leadership are natural parts of the work.

You will use both your own experience and our well-established solution frameworks to deliver results that make a difference. And you will never work alone – collaboration is in our DNA, and you will always be supported by knowledgeable colleagues across the company.

Examples of what you will do:

• Analysis: Map and analyse clients’ current information management and processes.

• Strategy: Define the vision and development plan together with the client.

• Design & Implementation: Create solutions for technical information and information flows, and support their implementation.

• Project & Transformation Management: Lead change projects that deliver long-term value.

• Stabilisation: Ensure that implemented solutions run smoothly and remain sustainable over time.

About You

We believe you have a background in industrial environments such as process industry, energy, water and wastewater (VA), or construction and real estate, in roles such as:

• Production, maintenance, analytics

• Business and process development

• Project management

• Technical information

• IT

• Management consulting

You probably hold a university degree in engineering or business/economics, but this is not a strict requirement. What matters most is your ability to understand and analyse the client’s situation. It is also essential that you are fully fluent in Swedish, as our work involves communicating solutions within technical and business-critical information with precision and nuance.
