Strategic Advisor – Expertise in Information Architecture, Asset and/or Building Information Modelling, and Digitalisation

About the Role

As a Strategic Advisor in Information Architecture, you will play a specialist role – both developing solutions and helping clients move forward in their digital transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing object-oriented information models and reference designation systems in line with multiple standards, including: ISO/IEC 81346, CoClass, ISO 15926, CFIHOS, among others.

• Leading and facilitating workshops with stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and suppliers.

• Working with modelling and structural breakdown of technical facilities, buildings, and infrastructure.

• Supporting clients in their journey towards digital transformation and improved information management processes.

• Ensuring compliance with standard frameworks and contributing to the development of new processes and tools.

We are Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Experience in digitalisation and process optimisation within technology-intensive industries.

• Experience and interest in design/engineering/project management and asset modelling, BIM, or industrial information modelling, including related information management and documentation.

• The ability to lead workshops and training sessions for diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

• Experience in specifying requirements and implementing 3D design, BIM, and other digital tools and methods.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious Experience

• Previous roles such as Design Manager, Information Coordinator, 3D/BIM Strategist, Process or Automation Lead.

• Ability to interpret and create process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), process flow diagrams (PFD), single-line diagrams, and circuit diagrams.

• Experience applying standards such as ISO/IEC 81346, CoClass, Dok 80, KKS, RDS-PP, SSG 5275, ISO 19650, ISO 15519, IEC 61355, IEC 61082, ISO 15926, CFIHOS, among others.

• Experience working with and managing information in 3D CAD and BIM software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and exchanging data via IFC, STP, etc.

• Experience with information management systems such as Master Concept, Team Center, Aveva AIM, SiteBase, etc.

• Experience with industrial control and monitoring systems such as 800xA, automation, and related signal designations and signal management.
