Strategic Advisor – Project Manager with a Passion for Change and Industrial Digitalisation

Do you want to lead projects that truly make a difference – in technology-intensive environments where digitalisation, sustainability, and societal value meet? Do you have experience managing projects in IT, engineering, construction, or industry? If so, you might be the person we are looking for.

About the Role

As a Strategic Advisor with a focus on project management, you will be the driving force in our assignments. You will lead transformation projects for clients in industries such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and urban development – often working at the intersection of technology, processes, and people.

You will help clients understand their current state, define their goals, and achieve them – through well-planned and engaging projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading projects in industrial digitalisation and technical information management.

• Supporting clients in their transformation journeys – from analysis to implementation and follow-up.

• Facilitating workshops and vision-setting activities with a variety of stakeholders.

• Coordinating initiatives across business development, IT, engineering, or data/information.

• Collaborating closely with our other advisors and specialists – you will never work alone.

About You

You are a confident project manager with experience from technology-oriented projects, perhaps in IT, engineering, industrial facilities, or digitalisation. You know how to connect people, processes, and goals – and you enjoy seeing the tangible results of a well-executed project.

We believe you:

• Have experience as a project manager, change leader, or coordinator.

• Have worked in technology-intensive environments, such as process industry, energy, urban development, or IT.

• Enjoy a role that combines analysis, communication, and drive.

• Speak and write Swedish fluently, and preferably English as well.

• Have relevant education or equivalent skills gained through experience.

Experience in asset information, BIM, digital tools, or information architecture is meritorious – but you don’t need to be a specialist. We will help you grow in the domain.
