2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data As a service-providing company within business consulting, Touchless Consulting Group AB (hereinafter TCG) has a very limited need for personal data.

Collection of Information TCG collects information in the following ways: – Information you personally register with us, such as subscribing to our newsletter, or information submitted through surveys – When you register interest in any of our events such as webinars, seminars, trainings, etc. – When you contact us – When you apply for employment with us – When you visit our website – Information we collect ourselves from assignment databases and public records – Referrals of prospective customers and job candidates from clients and employees – Information we collect ourselves during client engagements
Such collection is considered standard business practice, based on what is known as legitimate interest.
In certain cases, consent is required from the individual in question. Such consent is generally needed for newsletters, promotional campaigns, etc. TCG strives to obtain such consent. In many of the channels mentioned above, TCG informs that interacting with TCG constitutes giving consent – and that this consent is considered explicit, not implicit. If you believe that such consent has not been given, you may either unsubscribe directly from the newsletter or contact us using the email address below, and we will remove you from our communications.
4. Guidelines Regarding the Personal Data We Store We only process personal data necessary for our operations in accordance with what is defined in section 2. TCG has no other intentions beyond these. Below are examples of the personal data we process regarding prospective customers and clients: – Email address – First and last name – Phone number – Job title / role – Company affiliation
For employees, we additionally store information such as: – Personal identification number – Home address – Bank details – Emergency contact information
5. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties TCG does not disclose personal data to third parties.
6. Storage of Personal Data TCG stores personal data about prospective customers and clients in the company’s systems, such as our CRM systems. For employees, personal data is stored in HR and payroll systems, as well as in the company’s employment records.
7. Modification, Deletion, Review of Personal Data and Withdrawal of Consent TCG values your privacy and complies with all applicable laws intended to protect you as an individual. Our principle is to limit the amount of personal data to an absolute minimum. If your personal data changes, please notify us via the email address below. If you wish to change your consent to general communications from TCG, this can be done most easily using the link provided at the bottom of our emails. You may also contact us using the email address below. If you wish for TCG to delete the personal data we hold about you, please use the email address below. TCG will then either delete the data entirely or, if necessary, anonymize it (i.e., replace the data with dummy values). If you wish to review the personal data we store about you, please contact us using the email address below. For employees, the right to delete personal data may be limited by legal requirements, such as those related to taxation.
